  1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the IT and Telecommunication services provided by SIS INNOVATIONS. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

  • 2. Service Delivery and Obligations

a. We will make reasonable efforts to deliver the services in a timely and professional manner, adhering to industry best practices and standards.

b. The client shall provide the all-necessary information, access, and cooperation to enable the delivery of services. This includes providing accurate and up-to-date information regarding their IT and Telecom requirements, systems, and infrastructure.

c. Any delays or disruptions caused by the client’s failure to fulfil their obligations or provide necessary information may result in adjustments to project timelines and additional costs, which will be communicated to the client.

  1. Confidentiality and Data Protection

a. Both parties agree to treat any non-public information disclosed during the provision of services as confidential. This includes, but is not limited to, trade secrets, proprietary information, and client data.

b. We will implement reasonable security measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, we cannot guarantee absolute data security and shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from data breaches or unauthorized access unless caused by its own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

  1. Limitation of Liability

a. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or interruption of services.

b. The client acknowledges that IT and Telecom services involve inherent risks, such as system failures, data loss, or cyber-attacks. The client agrees to assume all responsibility for the selection, use, and results obtained from the services provided by the Service Provider.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the provision of services by providing written notice to the other party. The client shall pay any outstanding fees for services rendered up to the termination date.

These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between the Service Provider and the client regarding the IT and Telecom services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or verbal.
